I think if everyone is told the truth of the dairy industry, that a cow, just like human, must be impregnated and giving birth indefinitely throughout her life to produce milk, nobody would touch industrialized milk ever again. This is one of the cruelest things ever.
And this is just from the ethics point of view. We are not even talking about the environmental impact. Some argue that almond milk is detrimental to the environment. Granted, it is not the best dairy-alternative, but compared to the dairy industry, it's not even in the same league:
